To list, you confirm your identity with a photo ID and selfie, and show you own or control the spot with a property tax bill, utility bill, condo parking deed or the owner's permission letter. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.
Your address and access instructions are only shared with drivers after they've paid. Messages stay in the app and phone numbers are never shared.

Spotlot is an online marketplace that connects people who have a private parking space with drivers who need one. Drivers pay through the app; payments are processed securely by Stripe, and hosts are paid out to their bank account. Spotlot launches first in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
